JUDGE PROFILE

ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE NETWORK

Rachel is the Co-ordinator of The Old Fire Station Enterprise Centre in Salt Lane, Salisbury and a Development Officer for The Enterprise Network – a county-wide initiative led by Wiltshire Council with Government and EU funding which nurtures new and growing small and micro businesses in Swindon and Wiltshire by supporting them right from the first ‘light bulb’ moment.

Russell manages The Enterprise Network’s site in Ludgershall. He started his career as a farmer, running a small family farm in Dorset. Since then he has worked in a variety of roles in Welfare to Work, The Probation Service and now with TEN but all had one thing in common – a connection to businesses and the need to help people succeed with their ambitions. Being a judge for The SWBOYA gives us a chance to meet new businesses and where possible help them to grow.
