ABOUT THE AWARD

Nominations will ONLY be possible from members of the public placing their votes via a dedicated area of the Spire FM website where it’s NOT about the number of nominations but the quality of the recommendation.

The TOP FIVE businesses from this process (as judged by the sponsor) will then receive a visit from the judges.

Nominations for this category will only be accepted from organisations with an operating address in South Wiltshire.

CRITERIA

The judges will be looking for a business that can:

  • Demonstrate what special measures have been implemented towards achieving outstanding customer service and satisfaction
  • How customer care is measured against planned targets, sales, revenue and profitability
  • A clear and consistent customer service policy and how it is implemented amongst employees
  • What training is being developed to improve their customer service
  • What systems are in place for measuring customer care i.e: keeping feedback and complaints procedure
  • Evidence of strong customer loyalty/customer retention as a result of excellent customer service

Regus are the largest serviced flexible office space provider in the world with over 3,500 locations. In Salisbury we are located at Cross Keys House which faces the lovely Guildhall Square. Josh Hough is the current Manager at Regus and has been there since August 2018. Over the years Josh has worked in several multinational businesses like McDonald’s, Enterprise-Rent-A-Car and now Regus. Throughout his career providing excellent customer service has always been his passion. Josh looks forward to hearing how Salisbury’s businesses are ensuring they can deliver the best customer experience to their customers!
