Nominations will ONLY be possible from members of the public placing their votes via a dedicated area of the SWBOYA/Spire FM websites and via social media.

The TOP FIVE businesses from this process (as judged by the sponsor) will then receive a visit from the judges.

Nominations for this category will only be accepted from organisations with an operating address in South Wiltshire.

CRITERIA

The judges will be looking for a business that can:

  • Demonstrate what special measures have been implemented towards achieving outstanding customer service and satisfaction
  • How customer care is measured against planned targets, sales, revenue and profitability
  • A clear and consistent customer service policy and how it is implemented amongst employees
  • What training is being developed to improve their customer service
  • What systems are in place for measuring customer care i.e: keeping feedback and complaints procedure
  • Evidence of strong customer loyalty/customer retention as a result of excellent customer service

ABOUT ALLUM & SIDAWAY

Paul joined Allum and Sidaway in 2016 to manage the award winning showroom on Minster street. Bringing 28 years of experience in the jewellery & luxury watch industry, Paul shares the company ethos to provide exceptional customer service each & every time.Paul is also an active member of the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, utilising his passion for retail and facilitating visitors to the city.

Paul and his fellow judge Abi, can’t wait to visit local businesses to learn how they excel at service.
